01 / One refresh, several kinds of delivery
A global DTC brand was refreshing identity, packaging, website, film and live experience at the same time. Internal teams and external partners needed one brief, clear review gates, realistic sequencing and a route from creative work to commercial partnership.
The challenge was coordination across different disciplines and dependencies. Client, event, partner and asset identifiers have been removed from the source, so this page focuses on the documented process and delivery scope.
02 / Rey’s role and specialist contributions
As Brand Manager and external-partner lead, Rey connected positioning, audience, visual direction, messages, constraints and success criteria in an integrated brief. She coordinated internal owners and external partners across identity, packaging, web and four films, and led a U.S. trade show and pop-up with structured partner follow-up.
Her contribution was strategic briefing, creative and delivery coordination, review design and partnership development. Specialist production remained a multi-partner effort; this is not a claim of sole authorship of the films, design or website.
03 / The judgment: one brief, coordinated outputs
The documented principle was one strategic brief with many coordinated outputs. Identity, packaging, web and film had to share the narrative and approval system. Review stages, decision rights, dependencies and rollout sequencing were made explicit to reduce drift and rework; the source does not quantify a reduction.
The two U.S. activations extended the refresh into direct experience. On-site partner hosting and structured follow-up connected that presence to potential partnerships. This separates delivered brand experiences from the later commercial outcomes of those conversations.

What the evidence supports
Delivered
An integrated brief, partner coordination, approval matrix, rollout plan, activation program and follow-up pipeline. The documented rollout included four brand films and two U.S. live activations alongside identity, packaging and web work.
Partnership opportunities
On-site conversations opened six cross-brand partnership paths for follow-up. These are collaboration leads—not six signed clients, contracts or realized sales.
Not claimed
The source does not publish campaign ROI, sales uplift, signed partnership value or measured rework savings. Those outcomes are not inferred from the delivery counts.
